Hello everyone, I've switched to Windows 10 version 1709.
After updating to version 1709, my browser showed many blink effects and strange behavior. Videos would flicker, and I couldn’t attribute it to Chrome since it hadn’t happened before. This update seemed to cause installation issues initially, followed by further problems.
Restart your installation of the relevant software. This should resolve the problem.
Microsoft prefers swapping out drivers you had before with their standard versions. Reinstall them when needed, particularly for the chipset and graphics drivers. If that doesn’t work, turn off hardware acceleration in the impacted browsers until better graphics drivers are available. This issue can occur with new Nvidia updates occasionally.
Check for the newest drivers from the graphics card maker’s site—Intel, AMD or Nvidia—and install them. After that, restart your system and the issue should be resolved.
Avoid using Windows Update. Visit the GPU manufacturer's website to obtain the newest drivers. When installing graphics card drivers, make sure to install just those drivers and any related audio chip drivers. Skip additional software such as GeForce Experience or 3D Vision unless you need them for Nvidia. After everything is functioning properly and no problems appear, you can add extra features if desired and observe the results. This process will help identify the source of the issue.
