Heavy games failing without any error messages or logs.
I recently purchased an R5 2600X, an Asus B450M PRO4-F, and 16GB of G.Skill Ageis RAM. I started playing RDR2 and after roughly 30 minutes the game just crashed repeatedly. I ran MemTest86 which revealed a few errors. After cleaning the RAM contacts with alcohol, no more issues appeared. After about a day of cleaning, the problem disappeared. However, it has been crashing again afterward. This issue isn't limited to RDR2; GTA V and other demanding games also crash similarly. Additional details: I have an 1050Ti processor and a 480W power supply. Neither the CPU nor GPU exceeded 65°C. I’m looking for assistance.
Well, PSUs tend to fail quickly, and for about thirty dollars, you'd be in a better position with a new one. It could definitely help solve your issues.
this question asks about the manufacturer of a 480W power supply, its age, and the cost involved.
DeepCool, roughly five years old, costs around thirty dollars.

I am planning to buy it, but it's not an inexpensive item and I'd rather not alter something without a good reason.
