I've been running the same computer for nearly two years without any problems until recently. About a week ago I restarted it and saw an overheating warning in the BIOS. After rebooting, everything seemed normal until today when performance dropped sharply and the same error appeared again. I've had my 240mm AIO cooler, replaced both AIO fans, added another fan at the top of the case, and reapplied thermal paste—still no improvement. Any advice?

Are you certain the AIO pump is still functioning?

I'm new to AIOs, but I've heard they can sometimes seem strange when the pump isn't working properly, making it look like bubbles are forming.

I’m not confident I found any information about tilting the PC to release air while working. Several attempts to do so resulted in it booting normally with temperatures staying within range. When a game was run, the CPU spiked to 100°C, but the issue has since reappeared due to overheating.
