Hello, I've been experiencing problems with the HyperX cloud 2 wired version. The audio frequently stops unexpectedly, sometimes cutting out completely with a brief crackle before silence. In the volume player it appears audio is still coming in, but no sound reaches the headphones. When adjusting settings or changing the device mode, the issue temporarily resolves. This problem occurs intermittently—sometimes within seconds and other times for longer periods. I've tried numerous solutions without success. Please see the list of actions I've taken: updating firmware, verifying model compatibility, reinstalling Windows 11, removing Realtek audio, changing USB ports, updating drivers via Gigabyte Control Center. If you can confirm whether this happens only on Windows 11 or other OSes, that would help.
