they had done it before, but there wasn’t a tool available. The Reddit discussion recommended using Rufus, which I think should be effective. The “no secure boot” part is unclear—what does it mean for your setup?

Windows 11 isn't available yet; it's expected to launch in November. These are still developer preview versions, not the final release. You can find more info in the troubleshooting links on Reddit. If they suggest using Rufus, it might work—secure boot might not be necessary during setup.
