Hi! Your WD Black HDD is still working fine, but the Windows 8 startup is taking longer. The quick boot feature seems to be active. To speed things up, you might try restarting your PC or checking for any recent changes that could affect boot performance.

I was planning to install an SSD, but it takes about 2 to 3 minutes before Windows actually starts running smoothly without lag or slowness. Once that happens, everything runs quickly. I also have 16 gigabytes of RAM installed.
