Hi Everyone, I'm having trouble getting connected to my 5GHz network at home. My computer works fine on other networks, but when I try to connect, it keeps saying "identifying." The router has multiple devices on the same 5GHz band, and I've set my card to 802.11 a/n/ac, yet it still won't connect. Any suggestions or tips? Thanks!

Your PC is connecting, but the phone isn't. It might be an issue with your phone's settings. Check the router's Wi-Fi configuration and ensure there are no restrictions on the "MAC filtering" or similar settings.

My phone works fine. The issue lies with my PC. It supports 5GHz, which I've used successfully before in another location. However, after moving to a new house with a different router, it isn't connecting at all.

Have you checked if the Wi-Fi router was reset? Did you use Windows troubleshooting tools? Also, verify the Ethernet connection.
