I'm experiencing problems with Minecraft. When I chop trees or break blocks, they remain there briefly before vanishing. This isn't happening in a multiplayer session, so it likely isn't a connectivity issue. Additionally, the game occasionally freezes for about five seconds. My Java is current, but I'm not sure what's causing these issues.

Ensure your system runs 64-bit Java and consider increasing memory allocation for the game.

It's time to switch to a 4960x64GB RAM setup with a quad crossfire 295x2 graphics card.

Minecraft seems quite challenging to play. Its visuals were ahead of their era.

I believe upgrading to a solid-state drive would make a big difference, especially with a 4TB option available

You can increase the allocation by adjusting the parameters or settings accordingly.
