your ram usage stays near 36% even when nothing is active. background processes like Logitech ghub and SteelSeries are still running.

The images are unclear and the context wasn't described. The first photo shows Minecraft in progress with Minecraft open and Task Manager active, while the second shows nothing running and a strange background process named "lunar client" that isn't visible. Java Minecraft works without issues.

Right click on lunar and proceed to end task. This could potentially resolve the issue, though I'm skeptical about its effectiveness.

I wasn't sure what the problem was, but I purchased a used RX 550 for about $40. Once it was installed, I could play Minecraft Bedrock and Minecraft Dungeons, which I hadn't been able to do before. Thank you all for your assistance!
