So I upgraded my PC about four weeks ago.
Spec: Ryzen 5500
Aorus GeForce RTX 3060 elite
1TB SSD
16GB DDR4 RAM
144Hz
In the first ten days I was playing God of War on high settings, getting stable 100-110 FPS for a while, then a few days later my FPS dropped from stable 100 to 70. After that I tried other games like Black Ops 3 and got stable 144 FPS again, but then the drop back to 60-70 for about three seconds and then back up to 144. I thought maybe I hadn’t updated the drivers, but after updating it’s still happening... Not sure what to think if you can help me.

brand and model of the PSU?
CPU/GPU temperature and usage?
RAM/SSD usage?

Argus 620w works just fine with my setup, though I don't know why it performs better on a 750 or higher. It's great for this PC, so thanks for the advice!
