Hello, I’m checking if there’s any possibility I might have caused damage while unplugging my PC. I was in my room with carpet and no socks or wool clothing on. My chair is made of leather, and I didn’t feel any shock. It seems I might have accidentally touched something metal before starting, but not rubbed my feet. I’m wondering if I could have shocked something unknowingly, like the GPU or motherboard. I also didn’t rebuild the PC in that room—I was just disconnecting components. I also occasionally accessed my PC and rearranged files. However, I always made sure to touch metal first.

I haven’t had the chance to work this week, but I plan to finish it on Sunday. Do you think I might have damaged anything while I was busy?

You don’t have time to construct at the moment, but do you believe I caused any harm? Since I didn’t experience any shock, it seems unclear.

It seems uncertain, today's parts are significantly more durable against impacts than earlier models.

Sure, man. Just need a bit of space and clarity—I didn’t experience any shock while handling the parts. My PC should be right next to my desk.

It's challenging to determine the exact outcome without full details. This appears to be the most accurate response available.

You're questioning whether I accidentally harmed any components I mostly interacted with, including the fan headers, CPU power pins, other connectors, and the PCIe slot during the disassembly. There were also some capacitors involved when rearranging parts.

It seems you're considering a situation where you might have made contact with the metal case. Just to be certain, further testing would be necessary.
