You definitely avoided being scammed, having purchased from them for over two years with consistent positive experiences. The only hiccup was missing my Witcher 3 key around midnight, which they resolved by giving a half-off coupon. They were among the rare sellers offering refunds for Batman Arkham Knight, a benefit almost no other resellers provided. Getting refunds after the game’s re-release was also a plus. Overall, they’re a reliable company—if you face late key issues, it’s usually due to unusual circumstances. It’s disappointing when that happens, but I’m confident they’ll handle it. If they don’t respond or send an email, it might mean they’re based in the UK and could be closed.

I reviewed each email address individually and the spam folders. They don’t match what’s listed in their FAQs: https://greenmangaming.zendesk.com/entri...36-Key-FAQ. Additionally, the person mentioned there are no active orders linked to my account.
