Hi, I purchased Cities: Skylines recently due to a sale. I received a PayPal confirmation email, but I haven’t seen any emails or order details from GMG. Their support has only suggested it might be in another account. I checked all my accounts and found nothing. All my messages are sent to one Gmail address, yet no order confirmation arrived. I tried calling their UK number, but it went to voicemail. There’s a charge on my PayPal account with no explanation. If they don’t offer weekend support, I’m in a tough spot. I bought the game just for this weekend. Should I request a refund from PayPal and try buying it again?
Really, I won't support them anymore after Star Wars: Battlefront. Take your money back and purchase the game from another source.
Reach out to PayPal and clarify the details. They will manage the matter on your behalf.
I've received emails that take more than an hour. Perhaps someone sabotaged a Google Mail server with a zip-bomb... I don't know. Emails aren't the quickest, particularly with forwarding. A friend has experienced similar problems before...
GMG informs you that your key may require up to a day for processing. It's not as immediate as with G2A.
