Hello, I'm working with an Acer Aspire A114-32. After installing Pop OS, everything functioned perfectly, including a successful reboot. Now I'm trying to power on the laptop, but I keep seeing "[!!!!] Failed to start up manager." This issue has happened three times now. I've checked the BIOS settings, but I can't locate my HDD. I'm not very familiar with PC setup, so I'm sorry if I sound confused. Please let me know. I believe the problem might be related to a disk issue. I've already tried installing Pop OS multiple times (about four times), and it always fails. The installation also produced an unusual error, and my USB flash drive stopped working because the main computer doesn't recognize it. I can't install another OS now. Yesterday, during a re-install, everything worked smoothly much faster than Windows did. When I tried to turn it on again, the same annoying screen appeared.

It's tough to pinpoint the exact issue without more information about the device and its background, but I'd suggest hardware or software mismatch as a likely cause. Most laptops are built for Windows compatibility, which is why running Linux can be unpredictable. That said, it isn't impossible. The solution might simply involve choosing a different distribution—like Linux Mint, Lubuntu, Manjaro, or Fedora instead of PopOS. Each has drivers and kernels that could work better with your hardware. Your willingness to learn and explore is a big step forward. Keep asking questions and experimenting; you'll improve over time.

It seems like you're dealing with persistent compatibility issues. You've tried multiple Linux distributions, including PopOS, but Windows 11 isn't installing properly. Your flash drive is also malfunctioning, which adds to the frustration. Keep trying, and let me know if you need further help!
