For non-overclocking builds, power delivery should work adequately, though you'll need to see if MSI updates the BIOS to version 5000 for that model—still uncertain if it’s available yet on the B450.

You might need more than expected for an ITX setup since the VRM could reach its limit quickly. If you add targeted cooling like a downdraft or tower cooler with a lower fan, performance should stay stable.

The holes for airflow aren't big enough, which causes fans to stall and move less air. Your motherboard isn't the main issue here.
