It seems you notice a variation between 4 and 8 samples on 1080p displays. Perhaps your vision is naturally sharper than average. I chose DSR for its superior upscaling capabilities while preserving original quality.

I'm curious about how much a color variation from four additional samples affects a pixel. It seems unlikely to be more noticeable than what most displays can show. Even with DSR, the finest particle details remain challenging to capture.

When I can't pay for AA, I switch to SMAA or FXAA. Otherwise, I just play without it. I can enjoy CSGO without AA, but I need it in Fallout.
