Hello there,
I am looking for an SSD enclosure compatible with my 970 EVO Plus and have found two options in my area. I want to know if the first model, which includes a rugged heat sink, supports Android. I’m curious about the possibility of connecting it directly to my mobile phone and using it. This isn’t a critical issue, but having this information would be useful. If you have experience with either model, your feedback would greatly assist in deciding. Thank you.

I haven't tried them before, but I regularly use UGREEN enclosures with SATA SSDs on my Raspberry Pi4Bs. They perform exceptionally well.
