Have you ever felt that ideal gaming moment?
I've often wondered if anyone has ever felt that intense rush when a gaming session seems unbeatable. As someone who loves diving deep into games, I find myself replaying titles for that ideal result or complete satisfaction. Back in 2013, playing 'Gone Home' was like stepping into a mysterious house alone—no one else around, just my dog by my side, making the experience feel truly immersive. That perfect first play left a lasting impression, and I won't revisit it again. Have you experienced something similar?
I recall enjoying Life of Pi and staying engaged with the story. That's all I can say.
Absolutely! It's a truly incredible experience when the game timing and weather match up perfectly. Personally, I think it's even better in multiplayer settings where everyone plays their part fully, fully engaged, chatting together through the microphone. They feel like real friends but also your strongest allies on screen. It doesn't happen often, but when everyone nails their roles, it feels just right for me.
It was a great experience playing GTA Vice City on the PS2. I haven't found a better time ever.
The Legend of Zelda, Link to the Past, was outstanding with minimal random elements. Gravity Rush offered a perfect blend of charm and solid gameplay. It’s the only Platinum award I’ve ever received. Tearaway is an amazing experience. This title stands out as a standalone gem. Silent Hill 3 left a deep impression on me, making me emotional for days. Kingdom Hearts inspired me to explore new ideas and proved it’s a strong game by itself. Silent Hill 3 really changed my perspective. The 'world in your hand' concept was executed brilliantly. I felt deeply moved by the ending of Tearaway—both sad and grateful. It perfectly captured the feeling I wanted. Guitar Hero opened my eyes to music, shaping my preferences for years. It’s a game that truly affected me emotionally.
Legend of the Drakon also includes Metal Gear Solid 3 and Silent Hill 1.
The story of that game was great. I owned a PS4 for a brief time before I sold it to build my PC. I don't regret the switch from consoles but that is one exclusive I'm glad I had the chance to play.
