I purchased an HTC WP8X roughly four weeks prior to selling it, which was replaced by a HTC One on contract. Using Windows Phone isn't great.

You seem to agree? I enjoyed using it, though it's a decent mobile OS (Windows 10). The worst experience was with the iPhone 4 running iOS7—it took two weeks and was slow, choppy, and unreliable.

The Samsung S3 Mini struggles with smooth playback, especially at high resolutions like 360P... My preference for Sony is stronger than ever.

Up to now, the worst experience was with the stock ROM on my Xperia X10i. Once I got my hands on a different version, it worked much better. Stock ROMs are meant for most users, but if you want to stand out, flashing a custom one is the best option.

The iPhone 7 Plus running iOS 10.3.1 seems much less reliable than my Nexus 6P. It often shuts down or freezes at least once each day, while my older phone stayed stable throughout its life.

A few years ago, perhaps 3 to 4 years, iOS 7 was the time. Most third-party cables not certified stopped functioning. Monoprice worked because they were certified, but inexpensive Chinese knockoffs sold on eBay ceased charging.
