The GPU has been reinstalled and the display is functioning properly. After a second restart following a frozen Windows 10 loading screen, it returns to a black screen.

With ssds/hdds disconnected, graphics card removed, single ram module, and monitor linked to the motherboard, is it possible to access BIOS this way?

I'm in the bios now. The BIOS clock remains stuck at the year 9425, which means I might have constructed a time machine. LOL
Are there any steps I should verify or actions I need to take to prevent losing the BIOS again?

Is the BIOS environment functioning properly? It should not be freezing. If everything works, then reconnect the SSDs or HDDs and attempt to boot into Windows (with the graphics card still unplugged and using a single RAM module).

All systems are functioning properly, so I'll link my drives and attempt the connection once more.

Initial startup brought up the Windows logo but caused freezing. The second attempt triggered a blue screen of recovery. Currently, it's experiencing slow loading indicators and a stuck desktop.

You might need to reset CMOS after the bios update. Refer to your manual for instructions. Usually: Remove the CMOS battery, connect the two pins labeled CLRTC, then reinsert the battery and restart. This should be done when the computer is powered off and the power cord is unplugged.

One of your storage devices might be malfunctioning.
Start with the OS drive only.
If this resolves the issue, then connect the other drives sequentially (shut down, add a drive, restart into Windows).
Identify which drive is responsible for the problem.

The computer starts displaying a blue screen of recovery, indicating a missing or inaccessible device with error code 0xc000000e. Recovery tools will be necessary. Press F8 during startup to access settings.

It would sync with my 2TB HDD, which is likely as outdated as the computer itself.
