I'm not sure if this is the ideal spot to ask this question, but my computer hasn't been functioning properly recently.
When trying to start up, the motherboard emits POSTing sounds and it boots into Windows 10, displaying spinning dots before freezing.
After turning it off and on again, it shows a loading screen, then a slower version with lower resolution, followed by the desktop but remains completely unresponsive. The date and time appear correct except for an extremely far future year, and I can't interact with any icons or use the taskbar.
Recently, I replaced the CMOS battery, GPU, RAM, and power supply unit. The 500 GB SSD contains the operating system and applications, and I have separate drives for storage.
I'm hoping to resolve this issue before incurring significant costs at a repair shop.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

CPU - i7 6700k
MOBO - supermicro C7Z170 oce
RAM - 32 GB Corsair vengance 3200 Mhz
SSD - 500 GB samsung 870 evo for OS and programs plus a 2 TB HDD and SDD for files
GPU - Nvidia Geforce Rtx 5060ti 12 GB
PSU - Corsair rm850x
CHASSIS - Corsair Carbide 300R
Windows 10
Display - Samsung LU28R550UQNXZA
BIOS version 1.0a at 1/8/2016
The power supply is not more than a year old.
I upgraded several components from older models: an AMD RX 580 to a NVIDIA GPU, and a Thermaltake 650 Bronze to a Corsair unit. The main problems I’ve faced recently involve a separate 3.5 inch SD card reader connected to the motherboard, which caused connection issues and boot failures until I adjusted the cable placement. After that, it would produce erratic beeps and eventually a continuous low beep before shutting down.

MOBO - supermicro C7Z170 oce
BIOS version 1.0a at 1/8/2016
https://www.supermicro.com/en/products/m...C7Z170-OCE
Firmware Resources | Support
Download Supermicro resource.
www.supermicro.com
You might need to flash the BIOS update and try again.
The components were upgraded from lower models, such as an AMD RX 580 to a NVIDIA model.
Did you remove all GPU drivers (Intel, Nvidia, AMD) using DDU in Safe Mode before the replacement?
RAM -32 GB Corsair vengance 3200 Mhz
Do you have a link to the RAM kit? Which slots are being used?

I managed to change the bios, but the machine won't start. It emits the usual beeps, yet it remains stuck on a black screen. I could open the bios before, but now it doesn't work at all.

The BIOS has been successfully updated, but you can no longer access it. That doesn’t seem like a success. It might have been a faulty update or the motherboard was damaged.

All was well at first, but then the bios stopped working and the screen won't turn on anymore.
