Right now my main concern is the mismatch between the new 5090's driver and your TV. Everything seems to work with the old setup, so we can assume the TV and cable are fine.
I switch back and forth between VLC and MPC-HC (in Klite) on my OLED screen. There’s no clear preference; some files play better in one player than the other, possibly because of codecs.
As I previously noted, I added MadVR to Klite and found thousands of confusing settings in MPC-HC. Most of these options are far beyond my usual comfort level, but maybe a small adjustment inside VLC or another player could help resolve your issue.
There are communities focused on home cinema that could be useful—posting there might connect you with more experienced users. Good luck!

It's a smart TV.
Install Plex server on your pc,
install Plex client on TV,
play your videos through Plex.

I’ve made some progress, though the technical details are still unclear. I discovered a workaround that helped! When I accessed system>display>graphics on the third LG TV, scrolling up revealed a higher refresh rate. Initially, I didn’t realize the TV supported more than 60Hz—it was always 4K at 60Hz. There were options like 100/119/120Hz with asterisks next to them. I selected 120Hz and applied it; the resolution changed from 4K to full HD (1920x1080), and then when I moved VLC, Mediaplayer, Stremio, or Netflix to that TV, everything worked smoothly!
Do you think this is related to signal, color range, or frame timing with the new GPU and drivers?
