I transferred my ASUS X99 Deluxe II for $250 CAD in January 2021. Used items still retain some worth in the secondary market.

Rampage boards are often seen as collector's pieces and can be solid boards for competitive overclocking. They also serve as an extreme edition platform, which adds value. This preference might stem from the miners of that era. X99 was typically the most affordable option for securing 40 PCIe lanes, allowing you to run ten 3060s pre-LHR v2 machines—though they required four PCIe lanes to avoid being locked out.
