I corrected it by changing 1080p to 4K. I just restarted the game and everything is fine now.

The screen resolution was 2160p or 4K, and I was enjoying Rocket League in a cozy living room setting.

I believed you intended to use 1080p, but Rocket League works well in 2160p to fit your screen.
