Have you asked about RAM compatibility?
Hello, I have an ASUS B450-f gaming motherboard with two 8GB DDR4 TEAMGROUP T-force Delta RGB sticks at 3000MHz CL16-16-16-39 and a 1.35V RAM stick. I just acquired two more 8GB DDR4 TEAMGROUP T-Force Delta RGB sticks at 3200MHz CL16-18-18-38. I’m asking whether I should install them as is or adjust the BIOS settings manually. Thanks for your help!
They’ll operate during less ideal periods—like 16-18-18—and at the slower speed of 3000 Hz. Why the demand for 32 gigabits? A single 16 GB user still needs plenty.
TofuHaroto received the 3200mhz kit last week as a giveaway. My setup will auto-adjust the old stick timings to fit 16-18-18 instead of its current 16-16-16, and I’m lowering the new sticks speed from 3200mhz to 3000mhz. However, in CPU-z the RAM speed isn’t reflecting the correct 3000mhz. This was updated on June 30, 2020 by Mr Mojo090.
In theory, mixing and matching rams isn't always effective, so I can't ensure it will work
