Have trouble with your motherboard?
i’m just starting out and got ideas from many youtubers. we all had tight budgets, so i bought parts mainly from ebay to find the best prices online. here’s what i’ve got so far: an i5 3570k from lenovo k430, an xm3 ddr3 1333 600w with 80+ bronze psu, and an hd audio setup plus usb3 and connectors on the motherboard. i’m having trouble figuring out the front panel, setting up hd audio, and connecting usb devices. i can handle newer boards but this one is a bit tricky—any tips would be super helpful!
Old boards might lack those headers such as USB 3, while others should follow standard specifications.

This board is tailored for Lenovo's IdealCentre K430 desktop, making it only partially compatible with standard ATX systems. The front panel connector is exclusive to Lenovo, which helps them maintain control over their motherboards. Dell also uses a comparable approach, just in case.
