I'm having trouble with my system after installing new fans yesterday. The MSP430 Pro B650-P Wi-Fi card with a 7600x chipset and an XFX Merc 6750XT 32GB RAM setup isn't posting. I've cleared the CMOS, re-seated the RAM, checked all connections, and tried connecting to another device, but it still doesn't work. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Disconnect the new fans and attempt a boot—what are your fans offering?

If turning off the fans doesn't resolve the issue, consider applying fresh thermal paste (unless you already have it) and take out the CPU cooler. Clean any existing paste, remove the cooler, reinstall the CPU and cooler. It's possible the components shifted slightly during fan replacement. The debug lights indicate CPU and Memory issues, which could stem from minor CPU movement inside the socket.

I'll attempt that—I have an MX-4 in my garage.

You let it run for a while after replacing the RAM and CPU. Initially, I assumed the system was dead because the BIOS lights were on, so I kept shutting it down to verify. Eventually, after waiting 5 to 10 minutes, the BIOS appeared on the screen, confirming everything was working. I double-checked all cables and ensured the CPU fan connected properly. Later, I considered taking everything out to test, but found no loose screws or damage. It seems the video you mentioned covers this situation well.

Identified the issue and replaced the CPU fan header MOMO since it wasn’t covered by warranty. Ordered a fresh one, everything is resolved now.
