Hello, I’m planning to upgrade my motherboard. My current setup includes a GTX 1070 Ti (8GB), Intel i7 8700 (16GB), Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3000MHz RAM. The new specs I have in mind are a GTX 1070 Ti (8GB) with an Intel i7 8700 (32GB), Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3000MHz RAM. My existing board only has two DDR4 slots, but I need four. I’m searching for a compatible board that supports my CPU (Socket LGA 1151) and GPU, has four DDR4 slots at 3000MHz, and includes a fast built-in internet connection. My budget is between £0 and £135 ($177). Please let me know if you can help! Attached to this message is my DX DIAG file with all the details of my PC.

Gigabyte offers excellent motherboards. Consider picking one of their z390 models. I own a Gigabyte Aorus z390 master, though it could be too advanced for your configuration.

And I should note that the motherboard includes built-in WiFi, so you only need to attach an antenna—not anything complicated

It might be better to retain your present Mb drive and purchase a 2x16GB bundle instead, while disposing of the old one. This approach could save you money overall.

What kind of motherboard are you using right now? With just two DIMM slots and not a miniATX setup, it often points to a less premium build—this can usually mean you’ll gain more value from upgrades like adding more RAM or better components.
