You finished playing and your cursor stopped working on your PC. After turning it off and on again, the cursor disappeared. I've used various mice—wired and wireless—but nothing worked. Please let me know if you need help!

Cursor disappearance usually happens due to display size issues, positioning near the edge, or when the system detects multiple monitors. It may reappear by moving across the screen if you adjust your mouse position.

Verify both screens? Are they sized differently relative to the machine? If yes, your setup looks L-shaped and the pointer might be trapped in a corner. The system only uses resolution data, so the monitor layout helps map where the mouse could actually go. Edited August 7, 2022 by Bombastinator

Both screens are identical in size, but resetting the PC didn’t help.

No, they don't appear identical in the item.

It might be unlikely for the mouse to bury the cursor in an edge or corner before stopping. Perhaps try connecting it to another port and retry.
