I finished my latest build at https://pcpartpicker.com/list/vZZnNz. Everything I mentioned earlier works fine. While using the GPU bridge, power usage jumps to 300-400 watts, then drops to 50-200 watts as stuttering starts. GPU utilization hits 100 and then sharply decreases afterward. What might be causing this?

Checking if you're using HYPR-RX, reviewing your in-game configurations and adjusting the control panel as needed.
