Hey, I see the issue. Your system is showing a lower speed than expected—3200MHz should be running at around 2666MHz. Have you checked your RAM settings? Try adjusting the XMP profile or resetting it to default. Also, ensure your motherboard supports the correct speed and that there are no conflicts with other components. Let me know if you need more help!

Random guessing approach for memory troubles. Could work in some older boards. People have suggested boosting the memory power, though I’m not sure how it helps. Updating BIOS and drivers is also a good idea. Reviewing the QVL list to confirm your memory model might help. It’s not perfect, but sometimes a manufacturer’s memory gets auto-settled to their own tested version, so if you have HyperX 2666 but not 3200, it could be a match.

The QVL remains unchanged despite the driver update on your AsRock B365 Pro 4.

What processor are you using? Unless it's a K SKU, it's probably locked, and the highest performance it can reach is 2666.

Qualified Vendor Catalog. This should appear in your manual. It contains various brands and memory types the company evaluated with the board. Occasionally, custom cas timings are included for auto-setting.

It would definitely work well. If this applies, you might still boost performance by slightly adjusting the cas timing on the memory. Just a hassle.

My processor is an Intel Core i5 9th generation with a clock speed of 9600K and it's unlocked.

I think it’s likely because he’s running a B365 board with a non-K CPU.

The B365 Pro 4 board is restricted to a maximum of 2666 as specified in the documentation from Asrock, ensuring it stays within that limit.

Refuses to agree but notes b365 could still affect memory speed. Possibly restricts overclocking as well. Ha! Ninjapost, you're ahead. The main goal is to get the 3200 cooking—either do the hand clock on memory or accept it.
