You're just starting out on this forum and need some guidance with a new build. I'm trying to figure out what's going wrong with my Skytech Chronos PC. I received it from Amazon, and everything looked fine when it arrived—packaged neatly, no signs of damage. It came with Windows 11 Home, which isn't my usual choice, but it worked just fine for my needs. After setup, benchmarks showed good performance compared to my old machine.

But then things went wrong after a day of use. The next morning I woke up the PC and found it completely unresponsive—no reaction to keyboard or mouse. I had to turn it off by holding the power button for a bit, then restart it. Once back on, it booted normally but froze during Windows startup, showing the Asus logo with a stuck circle. I tried turning it off multiple times, hoping it would recover, but it kept freezing. Eventually, I left it off for a few hours to see if it would turn itself on.

Later, after checking the event logs, I found a hardware failure entry, though I didn't know what caused it. I ran some tests and it seemed to work again after a reboot, but everything felt off. I've tried cleaning out the RAM, re-seating the GPU, and even removing the NVMe drive, but nothing seems to be the issue.

I'm not sure what's wrong yet, and I'm hoping someone can help me troubleshoot further. Any advice would be really appreciated!
