Have trouble getting Asus Deluxe II to start after you overclock it
Hello, I've been experimenting with overclocking for some time, but it seems I made a mistake in the settings and now I can't even reach BIOS. I adjusted the tuning, set the CPU core voltage to adaptive with an offset of +0.010, starting from a manual 1.257V before changing it. I aimed for a target speed of 4.2ghz, with a base frequency of 100 and all cores synced to 42. Now it only displays the Q code '33' before restarting and then shutting down completely. I tried resetting the CMOS using the clr_cmos button and removing the battery, but had no success. According to the manual, the Q codes are 32-36 and the CPU needs post-memory initialization. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.
first do not bump it this doesn't look good on the forum. it seems more like using a capitals letter now. for your issue, try just one ram module and check if it boots. also verify your power cable on the board—make sure they're properly seated. inside the cpu, there are no bent pins, so hope you didn't damage it with overclocking or motherboard issues. maybe someone could test your cpu on another system?
