I encountered issues after setting up the PC for a few weeks. Even though I kept using the same cables in different spots, it wouldn't start reliably. Once I tried another 8-pin cable, it worked a couple of times but then stopped working with the same setup. Now I'm using a second cable and have been running it for 2-3 weeks. Today it shut down completely, even when the GPU fan was running. If I leave it for 1-2 hours, the fan spins but nothing happens with the LED. Anyone know what's going on? Any suggestions would be appreciated. My specs are: R5 5600 MSI A Pro B550 6750XT MSI Core, 650W Gold.

I faced a comparable issue with a VGA light active while the BIOS remained unresponsive. After disconnecting the SATA drives and reinserting the GPU and CPU, it functioned unexpectedly well. Have you attempted this solution?

Even the fan cable needs a heat sink; otherwise it won’t function properly. Just turn it on, watch for the light bios screen, then restart—it should stop the loop.
