The build appears perfect, and the RAM you chose indeed features AMD's E.X.P.O branding.

Ready to proceed!

If you prefer 23 - 24 inches, you'll likely be interested in the 1080 model, which is currently around £100.
If you're willing to stretch your budget,
you can find it here: https://www.amazon.co.uk/AOC-Gaming...yw...0p+monitor&qid=1722366564&sr=8-6
It's a decent monitor, though not particularly impressive. There are many options available at that price point.

Yes, you'll need a monitor, Windows, speakers, keyboard, mouse, and all the necessary accessories for approximately 1500.

I have everything except the operating system. But yes, I might think about upgrading some of what I already have.

The list generally indicates strong performance for PSUs. Excluding straight power 10s, only the 11s appear, which are reliable. No satisfactory reviews were found, suggesting it's risky.
*Note: I corrected the PSU mentioned in the build despite its listed tier; it is actually tier A and performs well. Other choices are less favorable at this price point.*

In my opinion, peripherals are most to least important in this order: Monitor, Mouse, Keyboard, Desk, Speakers/Headphones, and then Microphone. If you already have all the peripherals you need the only thing I would look at would be a good monitor and that's it. You can always get all the others when needed.
This is a really, really good 1440p 27 inch monitor if you are interested.
This is
the review for that monitor.

This power supply is a 10-year-old unit and may need to be considered for replacement.

That is not the same monitor that is in his original list.
There is no 800w Be Quiet! Straight Power 10. That linked PSU is the Be Quiet! Straight Power 10
CM
800w.
Edit. I just confused them myself. To be clear the OP chose the "Be Quiet! System Power 10 850 W" not the "Straight Power." I hate Be Quiet's naming conventions...
– Tier C • Low-end
be quiet! | System Power : U9 =>400W / B9 =>400W / 10 Gold [850W]
The "Be Quiet! System Power 10 850 W" is a tier C PSU and it costs as much as the one I linked that is a tier A PSU (Thermaltake Toughpower GF3 TT Premium 850 W).

Is this the identical discussion? Also, as noted in the related thread, that PSU isn't considered favorable by some minor component comments.
