Hello everyone, I just completed building my PC and experienced some high temperatures during testing. I'm unsure how to resolve this issue. I downloaded NFS Heat and noticed that CoreTemp recorded 97 degrees on the CPU within the first five minutes of gameplay. Someone suggested updating the BIOS (I haven't done that before). On the motherboard site, there are many BIOS drivers available for download. Should I install all of them or just the latest one? Also, what other steps can I take to lower the CPU temperature?

I have a Ryzen 5 7600x on an MSI Pro A620M-E motherboard, 32GB RAM, and a 3070Ti GPU.

1| Update the BIOS to the most recent version
2| Obtain the newest chipset driver from AMD's support page here:
https://www.amd.com/en/support/downloads.../a620.html
3| Acquire the latest LAN and Audio drivers from MSI's support site for your motherboard
4| Retrieve the most recent GPU driver from Nvidia's support page here:
Driver Details | NVIDIA
Download the <dd~LanguageName> <dd~Name> for <dd~OSName> systems. Released <dd~ReleaseDateTime>
www.nvidia.com
Install all drivers through an elevated command, such as right-clicking the installer and selecting "Run as Administrator."
Just a note, I would have considered a higher-end motherboard if it were you. Are your RAM modules DDR5-6000MHz?
How is your processor being cooled? Describe your case's make and model. Include the model of your fans, their number in the case, and their orientation.

I also have a 6000MHz DDR5 system and a Segotep case equipped with four coolers, along with an ARCTIC Freezer 7 X CO.

But is it necessary to install every BIOS update or only the most recent one?
