Assuming you have 16GB of RAM, and 7GB is already allocated, you should have about 9GB available for use.

Avoid using Optifine. If it remains unresolved, remove (or relocate temporarily to another folder) one mod at a time until it functions.

He has a lot of mods, so I wouldn’t mind keeping OptiFine. Minecraft isn’t really optimized, which means OptiFine helps him maintain good frame rates.

You're not an OP. Optifine appears to be the only mod mentioned in the crash log, though it doesn't seem to be the main issue—worth trying.
