Hey there, so my computer has been having some issues lately, particularly when I'm trying to stream or share screens on Discord or connect with friends on Parsec. When streaming a game, everything slows down except the game itself. Also, when someone attempts a connection through Parsec, both the connection and the app become sluggish, though other tasks run smoothly. This problem began about a month ago, and before that, everything was working perfectly. I assumed I might have accidentally changed some settings. After extensive research and hitting a dead end, I performed a clean Windows installation to rule out software issues, but the problem persists. My PC is only around four months old, equipped with an i9-13900k processor, 4090 RAM, and 64 GB of memory. I'm not very tech-savvy, but in Task Manager I've observed that during streaming, the GPU usage in Windows Manager jumps to 75-85%, while normal use stays near 2% and peaks at 15% during gaming. I'm unsure if this is related, but it's the only clue I've noticed. The CPU and GPU stats in the Performance tab look typical even when streaming or using Parsec. I'm open to any suggestions or experiences others might have had with similar issues—please share your thoughts! Thanks for your help.
