Do you think these system driver files are not visible in a basic taskbar search by default? Are you checking if the Intel wireless is current, and do you need to confirm whether the E1G6032E.sys file belongs to Intel's wireless or just the wired version?
Changing the names of these drivers will stop them from loading. This should address your issue. I'm recommending a rename instead of removing them completely, just in case you require them later.
Should I be concerned about malware or a virus since this seems unusual, as the device isn’t present in my system and isn’t detected by the device manager? It’s showing issues with memory integrity because of a driver for a non-existent device. This makes no sense unless it’s actually malicious or a known problem.
I checked the E1G6032E.sys files and found three matches. I was able to rename one of them, but two others blocked me because they required admin rights, even though I’m logged in as an administrator. Am I really not the admin? Also, after enabling memory integrity, the Microsoft vulnerable driver blocklist appears grayed out. Can I still have both settings active together?
I will include the idea of executing "ipconfig /all" through the Command Prompt.
