You have Windows 11 installed and working. Disabling Ethernet might help resolve the issue.

Is this the correct driver?
This download provides drivers for Intel® Network Adapters on Microsoft Windows 11*.
I accessed it and saw a warning stating no Intel wired network adapter was found.
My system doesn’t list an Intel PRO/1000 adapter in Device Manager, and my motherboard is an MSi A520M-A PRO.
If it doesn’t have this adapter, why can’t I turn on memory integrity in Windows device security?
What’s going on?

Yes, you're correct about the ethernet adapter. Are you running vmware or using a different operating system? Please uninstall the driver.

Why does the driver E1G6032E.sys show up on my system without any device connected, especially since I don’t use VMware and just bought a new gaming PC? What’s the most effective method to remove it, ensuring it doesn’t interfere with my Intel wireless card?

I would perform a disk search for E1G6032E.sys, change all references to E1G6032E.old, and then restart the system.
If no adverse effects appear over several days, you may remove the E1G6032E.old files.

The .old extension indicates that the file is an older version, likely a backup or previous iteration of the same content.

It seems like a recent update might have caused an issue, but it isn't loading properly in Windows. Could your Intel wireless card be outdated?
