Hey, I noticed you upgraded to Windows 10 this Sunday. It seems your internet speed dropped and you lost some progress in GTA V. I’m not sure if Steam handles save files well, but you might try exporting them manually. Regarding the internet issue, it’s not a widespread problem with Windows 10, though performance can vary depending on your connection.

No problems with Windows 10 yet, except for the Homegroup acting weird.

I lost my things too and my CV. It’s tough, but we keep going for the better. Enjoy trying a game again—this one’s been tough twice already on PC, so I’m done. Look for a save online; there might be one at your level.

My concerns focus on Edge and the functionality of different applications. You can restore files using names or extensions with several free programs, especially if you have a mechanical hard drive. Very few work well on SSDs. Try using your device sparingly until you test it further. I tend to use Photorec.

I’m thinking about going back to 8.1 Pro now, as it felt much better. I actually enjoy Windows 8.1, unlike some others who disliked it. The only issues I’ve had were with certain games when textures were set to high, but those were older titles.

The tiles and the "full screen everything" part really frustrated me. I ended up setting up Classic Shell to help ease the tension.

Auto Updating Drivers... Microsoft shouldn't let "Pro" users change update settings, since many of us prefer drivers to stay manual. The only driver that functions with my R9 280X is one released in December 2013... and when Windows 10 updated it, it caused numerous crashes.
