Hey! Couple steps below to try Update BIOS to the latest version, some newer versions of BIOS for certain boards have either enabled this, or added the toggle to change it Sometimes it is under a slightly different name, I know under ASUS boards you have to go under "Advanced\PCH-FW Configuration > Enable Discrete TPM". So check your Mobos' manual to see if you can find it Last but not least, if your comp is a couple years old, it may not support it :/. was one of the downsides with Microsoft forcing this onto computers.

I don't have specific details about the exact Zotac PC model you're referring to. Could you provide more information or clarify the model name? That way I can help identify the motherboard and CPU for you.

Check your Windows environment first. Locate the motherboard brand of the Zotac PC by running a command in CMD: wmic baseboard get product,Manufacturer. This provides the manufacturer details needed to proceed with enabling secure boot.

Every computer has minor variations, but generally you need an empty USB drive and the BIOS file. Insert the USB into your computer that you wish to update. Within the BIOS there will be options like update, flash, or firmware. It will prompt you to choose a file, explore the USB, and select it. Avoid unplugging or turning off the device during the flashing process—it could damage it. If uncertain, contacting Zotac for assistance might be helpful.

WMI query returned product details along with manufacturer information. You have permission to access the BIOS but are unsure about enabling secure boot.

Press and hold Delete during startup to reach the BIOS. Navigate to Features, then Trusted Computing. If unsure, share images of the menu for guidance.
