Power failed and I didn’t have a surge protector, so I thought there was a surge. I bought a new power supply but the PC is still having the same issue. The exhaust fans aren’t spinning, the graphics and CPU lights are on, and there’s no display even though the GPU is working. I need some help.

Disconnect the CMOS battery for a minimum of five minutes and attempt again.
