Bought an 8GB Ripjaws V 3000Mhz chip that was claimed to be Hynix dies, but during installation I discovered they were actually Samsung B-Die's at CL16 @ 1.35V. I’ve always wanted to explore 3200/3600Mhz speeds. How much more noticeable would the performance improvement be? Is it worth it for a casual gamer? PS: I still run the Ryzen 2400G and plan to upgrade to a 3600 in January. My motherboard is a Gigabyte AX370 gaming revision 1.x.

The cost of the 200Mhz increase depends on your needs and budget.
There seems to be a balance involved. It doesn’t have to be certain—just give it a shot and check how it performs.
Timings aren't ideal for 3000MHz. Raising them to 3200MHz or 3600MHz will only make things worse, possibly hurting performance compared to your RAM setup. It's better to keep what you have. The B-Die warning suggests your board didn’t pass the binning test at that frequency. I haven’t seen or heard of a B-die working this way.
The "new B-die" isn't as effective as the original version. I own 4x16GB G.Skill F4-3200C16S-16GIS cards, which are also labeled as B-die. They can't be adjusted to around 14-15-15-* like the older B-die should. I believe the actual chip is E or A, and the Thaiphoon team hasn't updated the BIOS yet. Spoiler alert!
It's disappointing that Samsung discontinued the B-Die product line.
