Hello. This is the tailored configuration I’ll be examining, and it will be assembled at Canada Computers. I haven’t placed any orders yet, and it hasn’t been assembled yet.
https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/sr7gqR
The site indicates there are no compatibility or fitting problems; is the information incorrect?
I plan to run a lot of demanding simulation games such as MSFS 40th Anniversary Edition and Cities: Skylines II, with ultra graphics settings and maximum rendering and intensity bars. I might also try the upcoming GTA 5, also set to full graphics. It’s quite costly in CAD. Is this build suitable, or is it overly extra? I’m searching for an FPS that reaches 90+ or even 100+ on those titles.
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7700X 4.5 GHz 8-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: EK AIO 280 D-RGB 116 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Gigabyte B650 AORUS ELITE AX ATX AM5
Memory: Apacer Panther RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL40 (x4, 64GB RAM)
Storage: ADATA LEGEND 970 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 5.0 X4 NVME SSD
Video Card: Sapphire NITRO+ Radeon RX 7800 XT 16 GB
Case: Antec P20C ARGB ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: DeepCool PX-G 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX (selected DeepCool due to Japanese-made capacitors mentioned)
Monitor resolution: 1080p
What are your thoughts?

I'd consider a 360mm AIO. I wouldn't choose four RAM modules, but rather two. With a budget of 3,000CAD, that should fit.

Wait a moment and consider the comparison between the 7800 XT and the upcoming 4070 Super. It might be wise to take a bit of time to think it through.

A few points to keep in mind:
You don’t require 64gb of RAM for gaming MSFS or City Skylines 2. 32gb is sufficient. The RAM I selected is compact and matches the air cooler.
Good motherboard with Wi-Fi
You actually need 2tb for large games such as MSFS. You’ll run out of space with 5 AAA titles plus other programs.
Like @Why_Me mentioned, the 4070 Super would work well for 1080p
case featuring built-in fans and front panel type C, digital temperature display
ATX 3.0 Tier A PSU
