Have any issues with the GPU installation or 12VHPWR cable connections?
Hey there - I've been using a 5070Ti recently and today swapped out two PCIe cables plus a 12VHWPR adapter for a single Corsair cable. The power supply is an RM750x. This is my first NVIDIA GPU, so I'm still getting used to these cables.
My main concern was whether the bend angle was sufficient from the connector side, as shown in the picture. I managed to get the glass panel back within a few millimeters, which worked out fine.
Another point I had was about the adapter's 4-pin section versus the Corsair cable I installed. It seems the adapter has four pins while the cable has only two. I might have mixed up the terms, but I'm trying to be accurate.
I'm okay with the color mismatch and just want to confirm everything is functioning properly. Thanks for your help!
bend degree is perfectly acceptable
these are sensing pins for the PSU, your PSU doesn't rely on them
