It's unlikely Windows 11 fully supports your AMD FX 6300 CPU. The newer OS may not optimize for older processors efficiently.

It can be placed on any CPU that supports secure boot and TPM, or you can use an ISO file. However, it won’t appear in the official CPU support list.

It’s unlikely your PC will break if you install software not listed on the official support list. However, using unapproved programs can still pose risks like instability or security issues. Always check compatibility before installing.

You need to perform a full system reset, but it worked on a Core 2 Quad Q6600.

Official backing is definitely absent. I believe this reflects the general agreement among hardware makers to encourage people to purchase new gear. There are some alternative solutions, though. So far it hasn’t broken anything significant. No major apps need those features activated. I’ve turned ftpm on and off without issues.

The sabertooth 990fx includes a port for connecting a TPM 2.0 chip I purchased today. Once it arrives, I’ll check if I can set up Windows.
