I've been experiencing this problem for several months where my PC either blue screens or restarts unexpectedly, and the error code appears in Events Manager. I've noticed it mostly occurs when watching YouTube or even during idle time, not just while playing games. I've tried basic troubleshooting steps, but nothing resolved it. If anyone can assist, it would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forums and a joyful New Year to all newcomers! When sharing a troubleshooting thread, it's important to provide detailed information about your system. Please list the specifications as follows:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Include the age of the PSU along with its make and model. Also, mention the BIOS version for your motherboard at this time.
If you encounter BSoD messages, it's advisable to attach your .dmp files so we can review them. You'll need to host them on an external site and share a link for our analysis.

the error code indicates the system failed to shut down properly before restarting. when booting up, the system should verify the dirty bit, generate log entries, and run chkdsk on drives, which slows down the startup. you need to search for minidumps, transfer them to a server, adjust access permissions, and share the link. this explains why the system was flagged as bugchecked.
