activate the Accelerated GPU scheduler
Launch the Settings app by pressing Win + I on your keyboard
Navigate to System in the left sidebar
Choose Display from the system settings
Scroll down and select Graphics
In the Graphics settings, disable the option for Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling
Restart your computer to apply the changes
While playing games, are there any other programs active such as video capture or streaming?
