I recently purchased a second monitor. However, sometimes when I switch to it to play games, the PC crashes. The cursor vanishes and the system becomes slow every minute, forcing me to restart to resolve the issue. This mostly occurs with Warzone.
My hardware includes a Ryzen 1700x, Nvidia 1070ti founders edition, ROG STRIX B350-F Gaming Motherboard, two DDR4-2132 G skill sticks at 1066 MHz, and an EVGA Modular 550 bronze PSU.

Modern Warfare has an odd behavior where pressing alt tab causes a short pause before returning to normal. Try using the fullscreen window.
